RentIt.bg is a relocation and rental assistance company that helps foreigners relocate to Bulgaria by providing personalized property search and relocation support.
Unlike traditional real estate websites, RentIt.bg is not a property listing platform. We do not publish property advertisements for public browsing and we do not operate as an online marketplace for real estate.
Instead, we work directly with individuals, families, remote workers, freelancers, business owners, digital nomads, expatriates and international companies to identify suitable rental properties according to their personal requirements, budget, preferred locations and lifestyle.

4. Nature of Our Services
RentIt.bg provides consulting and assistance services.
We make reasonable efforts to identify properties matching each client’s requirements and to facilitate communication with landlords and agencies.
However, we do not guarantee that:
- a suitable property will always be available;
- every landlord will accept a tenant;
- rental prices will remain unchanged;
- properties shown to clients will still be available at the time of enquiry;
- negotiations will result in a signed agreement;
- a residence permit or other administrative procedure will be approved by the competent authorities.
Property availability may change without prior notice.
5. No Agency Relationship
Unless expressly agreed in writing, RentIt.bg does not become a party to any rental agreement or purchase agreement concluded between clients and property owners.
Rental contracts are entered into solely between the landlord and the tenant.
Our role is limited to providing assistance, coordination, recommendations and guidance throughout the rental or purchasing process.
6. Rental Agreement Review
As part of our services, we may assist clients by reviewing rental agreements and explaining important contractual provisions such as:
- security deposits;
- payment obligations;
- notice periods;
- maintenance responsibilities;
- tenant obligations;
- landlord obligations;
- residential declarations;
- other common contractual clauses.

Government decisions, administrative procedures and processing times remain entirely outside our control.

The final purchasing decision remains entirely the client’s responsibility.

No service shall be deemed confirmed until both parties have agreed upon its scope and applicable fees.
Unless otherwise agreed, service fees remain payable regardless of whether a landlord ultimately accepts the client or a rental agreement is concluded.
